Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals is on the food network channel. It's awsome and she makes some good meals in just 30 minutes, if you can't watch them look for her recipes in the foodnetwork.com. All her show recipes are there and you can print them. Another way to get her recipes is to buy her books and dvds at the store like target or a bookstore. She's got whole recipe books out there as well. She has inspired me to start to cook :)

This might sound cheesy but you really need to get Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals! She has amazing recipes and all are 30 minutes including cooking & everything. In a hurry I make...
1lb bonelss skinless chicken (seasoned as you wish I use all purpose seasonig)
1 can of corn
instant mashed potatos
Cut the chicken into small pieces so it cooks fast, heat corn, make mashed potatos & you are down
Also... Make chicken same as above
Then place atop a bed of lettuce, tomatoes & parmesean chesse top with favorite dressing and you are done!
Buy a can of Hormel chilli - Heat it up
Serve a bed of lettuce top with crumbled tortilla chips, top that with chilli and sprinkle with cheese!
Enjoy! & Good Luck! ;-)

An Aussie classic - Pavlova! It's a shell made with egg whites & then you just put cream & fruit ontop. It tastes Devine! Find a recipe online, but all it is is egg whites beaten stiff & then add sugar & beat till it's like a thick cream & then empty out onto baking tray (lined with baking paper) and bake in oven for about half an hour I think but as I said you'll have to get a recipe as I don't remember off the top of my head. Another Aussie classic is trifle, this is just sponge cake soaked in sherry & jelly (jello, gelatin, whatever u call the stuff that wobbles & is fruit flavored), then u leave in the fridge overnight to set and then you layer custard & then cream ontop & sprinkle coconut or chocolate shavings on the top. This is a staple Aussie dessert, can't go to a BBQ and not have trifle!

SALMON PUFF PASRTY
It's inexpensive, super easy to make, and SO good.
1 Defreeze any brand of puff pasty
2 Cut and deskin your salmon to about 3 inch long pieces
3 Put a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and if you want some type of seasoning like dill
4 Place salmon on pastry and wrap it up
5 Put in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes
Enjoy!
If you can't cook then maybe something microwavable.

Try this tonight.. kisses for the babyy
easy chicken dish that's both filling and tasty
1 box stuffing
Chicken (I typically use 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts)
1 can of lite fruit cocktail
Mayonnaise
This dish is, essentially, just chicken and stuffing, but the twist here lies in how the stuffing is prepared. To start, you'll need to prepare the stuffing per the directions on the box. However, rather than using the margarine and water, substitute in mayo and the syrup from the fruit cocktail.
Once the stuffing has been made, place it at the bottom of a glass pan and then put the chicken on top. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. After the hour, place the fruit from the fruit cocktail on top of the chicken and bake for another 15 minutes.
And that's it! In about 5 to 10 minutes of real work - making the stuffing, loading it in the pan, and clean-up - you'll have a delicious, warm, and filling chicken dinner. Enjoy!

Got to www.foodnetwork.com and look for Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals. Every recipe she does is on the web site. You can go to Food Network and find her show on TV. She also has books on the Best Seller list. And a show on Syndication. And And And
And it is quality modern healthy (meaning fresh ... not tasteless) food prepared at home.
And that is 30 minutes from start to finish. She even shows you things to buy to cut time but not quality.
She even did a complete thanksgiving dinner but that took her 60 minutes (cheater ... lol)
There is also a show on Food called something like semi-home cooked or something like that which might also give you ideas (but I don't watch that one)

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aME1H
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Microwave spaghetti squash for 10-15 minutes (depends on the size of the squash) and then scoop out the inside. Serve with tomato sauce or olive oil and cheese. It is fast and very healthy!

WALLA, u'r done just add soy sauce.
you can change the meat and or the vegis anytime for variations.
