I have 2 daughters ages 5 and 6. I wash thier hair everynight before bed. Byt the time they get up in the morning it looks likes thier hasn't been washed. So I have came to the point that they need cute short haircuts. Does anyone know of any sites that I could look at? For litle girls hair cut styles?

Try washing their hair in the morning, to get all the oils out before they go to bed. But then you would need to clean their pillowcase often so it doesn't get dirty.
Don't get layers for them. Get something easy to put up into a ponytail!

I swear to god, all scene haircuts are an analogous. you purely choose any variety of bangs and a set of short, uneven layers. my daughter has short straight hair so it is cut a little under her ears like dora w/ the bangs too.. so cute!

easy to put in a ponytail
