For the pimples you have right now try toothpaste regular not the gel kind, put a dab of it on them before bed... You may want to invest in Proactiv it worked for me! All my friends and family use it too!!

Well, I don't know about fresh milk, but if you put toothpaste on ur pimples every night before you go to bed, it will suck all the bad stuff out of there and they will be A LOT! smaller the next day; or they might even dissapear! Trust me, I've done it before. It helps. If that doesn't work, try using Noxema, or OXY or any other acne medication.

No, I heard that dairy products, in some people, can make their skin worse. If your looking for a "natural way" to clear up your skin, try TEA TREE OIL.
I was online one day, trying to look up some information on how to get rid of a honking huge zit I had, and tea tree oil kept coming up, some people even swearing by it. So I went to wal-mart the next day and bought a bottle, and heck it works!
Just get a q-tip, or a cotton ball, and dab it on the area you want clear. For little zits they most likely be cleared up my morning, for big honking things, they might take two-three days.
It smells kind funky but it doesn't dry up your skin, and heck, it works! How many products out there can you say that about!
At wal-mart it is located with all their vitamins products, and you can find it at almost any health food store.

uhmmm NO!!! why on earth does everyone believe in so many ubran myths?
Since when does milk have anything to do with genetics, hormones, and oil glands????
Go see a dermatologist.....there is no medical evidence linking what you eat with acne. absolutely NONE!!! If that were the case then I would never ever had a pimple.

Not at all. If you have aspirin you can crush it and add a bit of water until you have formed it into a paste. It has the same ingredients many pimple reducers (stalytic acid). It is really great and a home remedy.

this is going to sound funny, but it works for getting of splinters, and slivers. try this:
Soak a small pieces of bread in milk, and then put it over your pimple or pimples, cover that will a pieces of paper towel, and tape it onto your face. This works with splinters and slivers like i said before, it extracts them out of your skin...maybe it will do the same for your pimples. Its worth a shot. oh..by the way, you need to leave it on over night.

lol never even heard of that one.
but you should try Clean&Clear.
It helps reduce oily skin and pimples.
I use the gel and face wash and the
gel that treats and prevents pimples
works like a charm. and the foaming
facial wash is good too. but yeah.
it works.
(i sound like a commercial....)

drinking milk would only cause more pimples, as it has lots of hormones. instead, drink fruit juices. buy a juicer and make fresh fruit juices. that's what i do.
