I don't get anything out of denying and I feel I would get nothing out of accepting it either. I feel it makes no difference as I still have to work and suffer regardless of whether or not I believe in the almighty.

Why do you keep affirming it?

Same question, just reversed.

As an atheist, I don't deny god's existense. I don't believe it, but I hold no belief he doesn't exist either.

Same reason for both, no evidence.

I believe the humanistic non-believers will try deceive many others in existence in God while attempting to convince themselves he is not real.

Matthew 10:32-33
Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. 33 But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.

John 17:1-5
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning.
3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.

John 17:1-5
After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed: "Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you. 2 For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. 3 Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. 4 I have brought you glory on earth by completing the work you gave me to do. 5And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.

John 12:44
Then Jesus cried out, "When a man believes in me, he does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me.

Matthew 28:19
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

Exodus 6:3
I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name the LORD I did not make myself known to them.

John 17:11
I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name—the name you gave me—so that they may be one as we are one.

Exodus 3:14
God said to Moses, "I am who I am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I AM has sent me to you.' "

Why do some on insist on shoving their religion down our throats? Because it is what they believe in.

Why do we keep on denying the existence of your deity? Becuase it's what we believe in.

We generally don't get any thing out of, but occasionally some will get so bent out of shape, and it provides us with entertainment.

We get *reality*.

We get honesty, personal responsibility.

We don't have to place our trust in made up stories and act like we believed they are real.

There is NO PROOF of the existence of any supreme being. If you wish to accept it on faith, that's fine -- but do not mistake that for TRUTH!

Why insist upon it?

So this small child walks up to another small child he doesn't know, pushes him over, repeatedly kicking him in the head and screams "WHY WON'T YOU BE MY FRIEND?!?!?!?!?"

There is no answer that will ever satisfy a little kid like that.

Why do you deny HER existence???
and they are "non-believers" because it is their choice. It is your own personal choice as to what you believe in ...... I don't see anyone running you down or criticizing you for what you believe oor don't believe in. BACK OFF!
