Loads of reading, doing puzzles, cod liver oil (omega 3 oil helps brain cell activity.) Listening to classical music (improves brain wave activity) Lots of rest and sleep and supplements of ginseng... all scientifically proven... goodluck!

Try an remember thing in your head, like instead of having a diary put it in your head. Not all in one go, but a few things at a time and increase it. You will find that in time you will be able to remember even the slightest detail.

yes look up and to the ....................................right and if you want to remember some thing lokat it from the upper right of yur eye

oh and ytry brain gym it envolvs doing exersises that cros your mid line ....... wel i think that is waht its calld .... hang on (looking up andto the right) ............. yes that is wht it is now as the mid line
