Honouring President Gerald Ford.

The flags remain at half-mast for one month following the death of a US President.

Hope this helps. Cheers.

They have been at half mast since the death of past President Gerald Ford and it will last until the end of the month. By the way, the newest aircraft carrier will be named USS GERALD R. FORD CV N-78 and is expected to be launched in about 2015.
Mass is where Catholics go. A MAST is what a flag hangs from.

US flags should still be at half mast for Geralf Ford. Tradition dictates flying the flag at half mast for 30 days following the death of a US President.

they are 0.5 mass the place i'm living too and that i exchange into thinking why. i be attentive to whilst a president dies they fly it 0.5 mass yet that alter right into some weeks in the past. Did somebody initiate a sparkling marketing campaign to fly your flag 0.5 mass while you're against the conflict in Iraq?

They are at half staff, not mass. It's to honor the passing of President Gerald R. Ford.
