It depends on how you say it. If you say "I kissed a guy because I was drunk", then that's kind of understandable. It's probably not like a turnoff or anything, just a fun fact. If you said it to get attention, then it makes you seem like a cocky jerk and THAT'S a turnoff.
Also, depending on how long they've known the guy, how much they liked him before they found that out, and whether or not he has gay tendencies, then he's still cool.
