I dont really think thats possible but i guess it could be? Im not sure.

yes it is possible but highly unlikely. by holding in a sneeze your keeping pressure in your body, and if it's a really big sneeze you could break a rib which could puncure your lung and you could die...but like I said, it's highly unlikely

I heard it that it can affect your brain or something! try to sneeze dont hold it in it tries to get rid of all the chemicals and dirt in your body..

i was always told if you hold enough in it buils up pressure and that is not good, but it could just be an old wives tale.
