well, wether he calls or not, he knows you like him. first thing that would come to a guys head if someone gave them a number and was told to call them. you dont have to be flat out obvious, just drop really big hints, like you want to hang out sometime, maybe see a movie. pretty much stuff you would do on a date. as for what to talk about, the first phone call will just be about small talk unless you both hit a topic you can talk about. just try to set a date when the two of you can be together and talk to him more indepth then.

if he does call, ask him about his interests and stuff, like what is the weirdest thing u do or what the biggest OCD thing u have to do....just random stuff will keep interest. If its boring and monotonous then u might fall asleep. If he doesnt call or talk to u for a few days, then he might have been letting u off easy for a "no im not interested" sry but its true and its happened to me before. My guy friends do it to girls all the time, like they say Oh but i texted you, if girls asked them why they didnt respond. But my guy friends are total dickheads and im pretty sure u wouldnt fall for a ********. If he calls make sure not to sound overly excited like u have ants in ur pants. lol. be smooooth
