First, get an ice cube and put it in a wash cloth. That will reduce some of the swelling. If there is any chance at all to relieve some of the pressure - don't squeeze - but possibly sterilize a needle in alcohol and - you know the rest..... not too much and if nothing comes out, leave it alone.
Apply the ice and then, if you have some Preparation H - yes the stuff for your butt, apply a little bit of that. As it reduces other things down wonder, it also reduces the swelling under your eyes and in your case, a pimple.
Then, get some Windex and dab a little on. This has a drying effect.
Also, I don't know if you are male or female (didn't look at the name, but assume you're a female) apply just a bit of concealer or foundation. Don't rub it in, but let it kind of dry for a minute or two before you apply all of your foundation. If you try to cover it up too much it will look like you are trying to hide something, which you are, but we don't want anyone else to know that!
Dust entire face with powder, perhaps a bronzer powder, to give your entire face a glow!

To get ride of the redness, I'd suggest using one of those salicylic acid gel from clean and clear. To make it gone? Epiduo, I guess. But it's not over the counter though, so you'll need a prescription.

For the pimples you have right now try toothpaste regular not the gel kind, put a dab of it on them before bed... You may want to invest in Proactiv it worked for me! All my friends and family use it too!!

Do not pop it, continue to wash your face untill the pimp gets a white head. Once the white head is visible, you may pop it. Just don't pop it when it's red, you will get a scar.

Dab a little bit of tooth paste on it. I know, I know, it seems like a strange idea, but if you use the right type, it should dry the pimple up.

i reckon soap is the best way to go. and the cheaper the soap the better. You know the soap that really dries your skin out? That stuff. Rub a bit on the pimple and then leave it on overnight, and it totally dries the little sucker out.

maybe a little makeup can help or try using a plaster although this would make it even more obvious.
