A perm can be straightened - but it will totally fry your hair. Make sure a pro does it and use high quality deep conditioner afterwards. Don't try one of those at home kits or else you might have short spiky hair!

with a flat iron kind of straightened yes-but absolutely not chemically straightened!! the chemicals of the (curly) kind of perm and a relaxer or permanent straightener would absolutely make your hair fall out!!!! you can't mix sodium hydroxide and ammonium thyoglycolate!!

Yes, if they are a regular perm. You can use the same type of perm and comb your hair straight for 20 min( 10 minutes if color treated). It's the same procedure as a perm except no rollers.

Yes they can but it will be extremely hard on your hair (and might even cause it to fall out if you hair is already damaged). I say be safe and don't do it.
