I need to label objects in a classroom in Punjabi written in English alphabet.

1. If I understand your question correctly, you just need to write the Punjabi words phonetically using the Latin alphabet (A-Z).

2. Then you have to decide which phonetic base will be most appropriate for your learners.
a) If they are older students you could use sophisticated systems like:
(i) International Phonetic Alphabet

(ii) Baseform phonetics
