since you already have bridges, you may just need to have them redone, you don't say how long you have had them , but if they are done right they should look natural. my recommendation is to go the this website.... www.aacd.com and find a dentist in your area to do your bridges. the dentists that are members of this organization are good and do high quality work, it may be a little more than you normally would pay but it will be well worth it and cheaper than implants, as you would have to redo your bridges anyways even if you get implants since you already have them. if you hadn't already done bridges then implants would be the way to go because it saves you from having to grind down good tooth structure to place a bridge.
I hope this was helpful, good luck to you.

Dental implants are far better natural looking than bridges. It costs $950 for implant and ceramic crown. Pain is not more than the pinch friends exchange. In the event you are removing the bridges, the teeth that suuported them would also need to be crowned.

I think implants are supposed to look more natural, and they don't damage surrounding teeth like a bridge (drilling them down to make the posts).

The process sounds somewhat painful and a big down side is that most dental insurance plans won't cover the implants - and they're expensive.

As a matter of comparison, dental implants are better option than a bridge.
