Has anyone ever done Astral projection.. out of body experience

Yes, but it is something you have to devote your whole life to. It takes lots of hard work and effort, you will have to make huge mental adjustments, positive life changes and then for all your hard work you will be send straight to hell lol. Seriously though, it is a great way to understand yourself and to make peace with death. Somewhere i read someone referring to astral travelling as 'practising to die'.
I think it is a great form of meditation, but like i said it takes allot. I have only managed to project about 4 times now, most of them were accidents.
I think it is extremely important for the human evolution to embrace these things. As you can see, materialists completey reject it as false and theologians reject it as 'evil'. I believe it is a door that needs to be opened, it leads to new sciences and psychology, in the future it will be just part of our life. Psychic evolution.

Astral projection is one of those old myths from the 70s. I thought it would have died out by now (or at least recognised for the myth that it is)

yes actually, it is a tool I use whenever it's called for. If you're asking because you want to know more about it I'll be happy to give you more info. As for my experience with it, it's usually pretty alright, I've only had a couple times that it was unpleasant. Have a great day. :)

i had an similar journey. it became a warm evening so i took the canopy off my mattress. later on it were given slightly chilly so i tried to tug the canopy back over me, yet couldn't it became like it had a recommendations of it truly is own. wager what? i awakened.

iv tried it before got to the mid phase but couldnt go any further you can find alot of web sites with every thing you need to know about it from how to do it to what you see or close to what you see when you do it
