It depends on the context.

Merriam Webster shows one definition of valiant as:
2 :marked by, exhibiting, or carried out with courage or determination : HEROIC

If the possibility you were discussing is one that could be characterized as being heroic or especially courageous or determined, then it could be considered a valiant possibility. Otherwise, no.

e.g., A police officer suggesting "I could offer myself in exchange for the bank robber's civilian hostages" could be a valiant possibility.

It could also be a "Valiant possibility" (and a play on words) if it involved something named Valiant, such as the car made by Chrysler, the animated movie, the ship in Star Trek, etc.
