no heat is comin out its all cold air. put new thermosthe . put new and hot cold swich. any one now what 2 do?

Check antifreeze level. Make sure that hot/cold selection lever is actually moving the doors and valves under the dash. The door/gates in the ducts control the movement of air inside the cabin. Feel the coolant hoses running from the radiator/engine to the firewall where the heater core is (carefully). If they are hot/warm, then you know you are getting hot water to the cab, so your problem is inside the cab, not in the engine bay. If the hoses are not hot/warm, then you are not pumping hot water to the heater core, and you'll never get warm. That means thermostat, water pump, or coolant level.
Is your thermostat the right temp range? Is it so cold out that your car isn't even getting warm? Those are a few suggestions...

It 's probably the heater core. It's inside the cab behind the
dashboard on the passengers' side. The part's not that expensive, but the job involves allot of labor.

make sure your coolant lines are not by pass than look and see if your heater valve is opening and closing and if your check engine light is on it could be thermostat could be stuck open hope this helps you
