This is a statement of heightened ego. A person who says that either is just jokingly saying it or they actually do feel deep inside that no one is like them because they are superior to others, therefore, they will always keep coming back for more because no one can measure up to the individual.

maybe they want to keep the other person n the relationship coming back for more:
love
sex
conversation
etc...so they never get sick of them
