He did know eve would sin. Hard to explain, but let me try... Think of a movie...we see a movie sliding from little scene to little scene to little scene...Now, imagine being about to see the WHOLE movie play all at once, with not sliding from scene to scene....You could see the past, the present, and the ending...ALL AT ONCE. Okay, now picture the world, the movie......and the scene from scene as how we see time. And the ALL together...as how GOD sees time... He sees the world right up until it ends, but he seas the beginning with Eve as well. Time is a primitive thing, it is niether living nor dying, but it is in constant motion. God knew that Eve would sin, but he knew, that if she didn't sin...there would be no choice for humans. God let evil exist, so that we could have a choice.....he didn't want mindless drones to love him...he wanted us to love him by choice, not by force. Eve set into motion the fall of man, the flood, and finally the death of Christ. Where then, we were bought with a price, and given a free chance and loving God, no strings attached. Eve was the fall, and by falling, she made it possible for us to love by choice, not by force....God knew she would, and he knows how you will responde to what I say...
Remember, God is a God of love, and a God of amazing gifts....Life is a gift he gave to us, first by creation, then by blood. Use the gift God gives to us, well...I beg you
God bless

yes, God created time itself, and he did know everything, but Eve did not sin ,at least not in the story I know, both Adam and Eve sined, they were both lured by the Satan to eat from the forbidden tree, and they were both punished for that action.

Yes, God created this frame in eternity that we’re living in called time. That doesn’t imply that he didn’t know something. He knew that Eve would sin because he is outside of time, for one.

God knows everything. He gives us free will, which means he doesn't know what we will decide. This decision of Eve was the variable that he didn't know.

Yes, in heaven there will be no time. He knew and that's why the bible says Jesus was slain from the foundation of the world. God knew He would have to send his son to redeem mankind.
