"Basically, "organic" has to do with how the food is grown or, in the case of meat, how the animals are raised. "Natural" has to do with how a food product is processed. Natural foods -- apples, beef, corn or pork -- can be organic or not. On the other hand, organic foods can potentially be processed into foods that aren't classified as natural -- such as crackers made with organically grown wheat but made with non-natural preservatives or artificial flavors or colors, for example."

Organic foods have to be certified organic by a government inspection. They would be grown/raised without chemicals of any kind. In some jurisdictions, a farmer would have to not use chemicals of any kind on this fields or crops for 3 years before his crops can be certified organic. That's the law in Ontario. In the meantime, the crops would be referred to as transitional, meaning in transition from conventional (full of poisonous chemicals) and organic.

All natural can mean whatever the manufacturer or farmer wants it to mean.

All natural could be any type of unprocessed foods that are not necessarily organically grown. Organic are foods that have not had any chemicals added during their growth....they are pure.

Organic means no preservatives additives or pesticides were used. All natural means pesticides may have been used the other stuff was not. I think.
