I THINK YOU SHOULD GO FOR IT, BUT CONSIDER THE FACT THAT IT MIGHT RUIN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR BEST FRIEND.......

"Jokingly" tell your best friend that his sister is hot, and gauge his reaction. Throw another joke about how hot she is every few days. After a few weeks of this, let him know that you kind of like his siter, and ask him if he'd be offended if you asked her out on a date. By easing him into the idea of you dating his siter, you'll be able to reduce your friend's shock over you liking his sister. As far as the age thing goes, I wouldn't worry about it, unless you or his sister are over the age of consent (in some states, it's 18, in others, younger or older). You can't deny your feelings for her, so let him know, and see if he might even like to help you find out if she feels the same way about you. Who knows, he might think it's cool for his sister and best friend to be dating. Good luck!

Since she is your best friend's sis, you have an opportunity to spend more time with her. Flirt a little bit and see how she responds. If she responds positively, gradually open up to her and tell her you would like to hang out with her. Pick something that you know she would enjoy. Also, try to ask for friend in an indirect way what he thinks of guys she likes. Know that girls like guys who are a little flirtatious and confident. Go for it!

There is nothing wrong in liking her...although your friend is likely too young to realize it and would probably be a little over protected. At that age, 3 years does make a difference. I don't think you should tell her...just enjoy her company and if you still like her in a few years and she likes you, you can give it a try.

it's ok to like her... age doesn't matter. it's better to try. that's good she's your best friends sis... you can ask him to help you. some people marry even though they're 10 years or more older than their partner but it doesn't change their feelings. in fact their marriage is stronger.

>just try... there's nothing wrong in trying if it doesn't work try again... some girls want to be pleased...

Just leave it as a crush. Any normal girl will not date a guy that is three years younger in school. When you get out of school, age really doesn't matter.

Ask her out. Who cares about your sister. It doesn't matter is she is just 3 years. In general that is not bad.

Age is just a number, and why not talk to your best friend. What if you could have something but will never know if you don't try?

Is she interested in you as well? Can you tell? If she isn't interested or doesn't act interested, it is not worth the risk of losing the friendship with your best friend. Chicks will come and go in your life.
