He knows you feed into him trying to annoy you so he uses it to his advantage to get you into trouble.
My advice ignore the attempts he makes at annoying you, but be civil don't fall for any tricks to get you to feed into "it" either.
Do things you enjoy and while he is trying to annoy you be doing things that bring you joy and that can get back at him too.

i have a little sis usualy i just stay away from her and if i get in toruble i usally get her back by getting her in trouble idk if it works with boys but it should.
