They are quite different. The covenant God made with Israel through Moses was legalistic covenant based on the law of God which really became a curse to them. The Abrahamic covenant was based on his faith in God and was all blessing

Moses was told His people would populate Canaan. Abraham was told his people would populate their own nation. very smiliar, but (i need to research further) it sounds like Moses' ws more specific at the time.
