*sighs* I wish it were true. Sadly my parents had me mutilated. This is a practice that needs to STOP, and needs to stop NOW. There is no valid reason for it.
The American Medical Association has formally renounced the practice for any medical or hygeine reason and has stated that circumcision should only be performed for specific religious reasons and even then should be discouraged gently.

Your logic does not account for diminishing domains, and your second premise is reversed. If the entire domain of atheists is included in the domain of heathens, that does not mean the domain of heathens is not larger. (Think about squares and rectangles.) And uncircumcision is an indicator of heathenness, not the other way around. You can't work it it backwards.
In other words, if you were born in a military hospital, you may not have had a choice. Now will we see a question about Jesus being able to restore missing foreskins?

Circumcision is usually performed early in a boy's life. If the family is Atheist, then it stands to reason they don't believe in the Covenant of circumcision. But, let's say for instance that a person is RAISED Christian, but falls away from their teachings when they get older. If that person's parents had him circumcised, but he fell away from his beliefs on his own, then one could say yes, there are circumcised atheists out there.

No its not proof. Most people are circumcised as infants and then grow up to choose their path. Some choose atheism. They are circumcised atheist. Real circumcision is of the heart, not the foreskin. God cares about the heart.

NO, it's NOT - most people (Atheists included!) are circumcised shortly after birth; LONG before they have a chance to decide their religious beliefs for themselves!
