I was just wondering if anyone knows of some great stay at home mom jobs. Something that isn't a scam or someone who has personal experience of a great job that has been working great for them. I guess the one thing I don't want to do is surveys I have seen those alot. Maybe sales maybe something I could have small parties in my home with the product. I don't know any suggestions????

I sell Avon and as a mother of 3 all under the age of 3 1/2 I'm very happy with this job. I don't do anything else but go out 1 day a week and get orders and then 2 weeks later deliver the orders and pick up new ones. It is a great way to be a stay at home mom and still be able to get out 1 day a week and know that I'm helping put food on the table.
The way my husband and I do it is that on his day off he will spend his daddy time with the kids and I'll go out then. We never need a babysitter so we are saving money.
You do Avon on your own time not someone Else's!!!!!

You can go to Avon.com and get information

After my 2nd son was born, I searched the internet, the newspaper, everything! For info on working from home. I checked out SO many website and businesses. Unfortunately, after a year of research, I didn't find one that I trusted enough to try.

However, I did start selling Mary Kay. I make a good profit on it and like the product myself-which makes a difference, not to mention now I get a big discount! It is easy to do and you receive a LOT of support from your team and from the company. You can do as little or as much as you want since there are no quotas. You don't have to do inventory. You can purchases quarterly catelogs as well as pay $25 a year for a website with shopping provided and maintained by MK.

The BEST part is the 90% buy-back guarantee. If you decide within your 1st year that it isn't for you, you can sell ANY product you've purchased back to the company for 90%. For me, this is what sealed the deal because I felt like I had a good back-up plan if it didn't work. Plus, I could sell back product bonuses that I receive for free.

I can tons of info on my computer... please email me!

I'm thinking of doing a web design course and using that from home to earn some money. Creating web sites, word docs etc.

Just think of what you do now or did, as a hobby or as a job. Then turn it into a stay at home job.
Crafty - do some craft courses or sell your products
Musical - lessons ?
Arty - sell your work on ebay

Walk other peoples dogs...gets you out of the house as well as earning money

Proof reading.... done whenever you have time

Mystery shopping... companies pay you to buy pizza or to take a flight and they pay for your time and the product.

Just a couple of ideas... Good luck

How about Purse Party? That's what I do! You do have to purchase a starter kit but you will make all that back in 1-2 parties and it's only $199! I'm a stay at home mom and I love doing it!

I would start at the Direct Sales Association website, http://www.dsa.org/

The DSA has been around since 1910, they have a list of members that agree to abide by the code of ethics. Their website has a list of members and companies that belong. You'll find an assortment of compaines with all kinds of products, most are home party type.

You might find something that you would enjoy.
