The correct way to get baptized is this: You must HEAR the Word of God (Romans 10:17); BELIEVE what you've heard (Romans 10:9-10, Hebrews 11:6); REPENT of your sins (Luke 13:3); CONFESS that Jesus is the Christ (Matthew 10:32-33); Be BAPTIZED for the remission of your sins, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38, 8:37-38). When you've done all that, the Lord adds you to His church, the Church of Christ, and then you must be FAITHFUL until death (Revelation 2:10, Acts 2:42).

Throughout the book of Acts, are several examples of people being baptized in this say way. This is the ONLY baptism God will accept. ANYTHING ELSE anyone tells you cannot be found in the Bible, like sprinkling or pouring water on your head, or baptizing babies. Baptism is done with water (Acts 8:36-39). Confession is done by mouth (Rom. 10:9), which is something babies cannot do, therefore, it makes no sense to baptize them

There is only one place in the Bible where it mentions being baptized in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and that is in Matthew 28. Throughout Acts they were baptized in the name of Jesus. Take your pick, I think either is acceptable.
Acts 10:48 And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.
Acts 19:5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

Since Jesus is the Name of the Father, the Son and Holy Ghost... either works.

Matthew 28:19
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Acts 2:38
Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
They are the same.

the name of Jesus.
Jesus knew before there was trime if u'd accept or reject Him. so He put a seed in you. that's predestination. if you will accept Him then He already predestinated you. u r not added. cuz if u can be added u can be taken off. and Jesus said nothing can ever seperate you from Him. therefore....do you see the sence in predestination? all you have to do is accept Jesus as your saviour. be baptised in His name. and H ewill fill you with the Holy Ghost(that['s a promise in the book of Acts.) His Spirit in you is what lives the life. but you must first submit everything to Him.
do tou understand what i'm saying? if u don't you can email me and i'll be more than happy to answer any questions. i hope this helped God bless.

Either one; it depends on whether one looks at it from a micro or macro viewpoint to justify 'such and such'.
The children of Israel were 'baptized' when they went thru the Red Sea (1 Cor. 10:2).
