No, but before you do it, do it for the right reasons not just because you are being asked. If you mean it, it has a big responsibility to be a God parent, unless the parents are doing what a lot of people do, and that's do it for the sake of it, or because someone else they know done it.
Be honest with yourself, and with the parents.

Since God gives the responsibility of the spiritual welfare of the child to the parents, if they are still alive, then you are undermining God's order of things if you presume to be a "god parent." Scripture knows nothing of being asked to be a Godparent. We are to call no man father, according to Christ.
That you have not been baptised, strongly suggests that you do not really know God and probably do not have true faith. How then can you lead another if you are blind yourself?
I do not mean to be rude but to give you a direct answer.
You need to find God for yourself first, the reality, not just some form or church inventions. You do not want to hold to a form of godliness yet deny the power, that is not have the reality. When you have been truly brought to God, then you will know.
Please consider earnestly what I say.

While I don't know if you have to be baptised to become a godparent, I DO know that being a godparent is just an agreement between you and the parents that you will watch after the spiritual upbringing of the godchild.

usually all you have to be is an adult who agrees to watch over the spiritual welfare of the child AND the parents or the adult person. if the parents are not holding up their end and teaching the child about God, Jesus and how to live a life fully as a Christian then you have to step up and remind the parents. this is sometimes the more difficult of the two.

You only have to be baptised to be a godparent if the child is being baptised as a roman catholic
If your not baptised yourself and you want your child baptised they will ask you to attend church a number of times before they agree to it

No you don't because you are old enough to make the decision to become part of the church.

my daughter has a god mom in my terrific pal and he or she watches her for me, seems after her while i won't be in a position to, she is like her enormous sister. if something occurs to me, then she would be in a position to take my daughter and take care of her. ask the human beings who desire you for a godmother, they're all different.
