Using the official definitions, this Cat would be a Junior.

The official organisation in the UK is the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF), which defines:

Kittens up to 9 months old
Juniors 9 months to 2 years old
Senior 2 years and over.

I just use "kitty" for cats of all ages. Seems appropriate to me.
