I am trying to balance synthroid but still can not do. As soon I change the potency, it appears to be working and I start feeling well but after a few days, its effect ends. I even tried with 6 mcg and it worked for a couple of days. I have tried potencies from 6 mcg to 150 mcg.
I am facing a lot of symptoms like memory loss, concentration, can not loose weight, hair loss, constipation, and much more.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

My wife had the same problem the first two years or so that she was on synthroid. Synthroid is a hard drug to get to the right dose, and even then it can slightly change every few months. Make sure you see a specialist (endocrinologist) about every three months to insure that you stay properly dosed. Depending on your condition (as all people are different), the dosage could range mostly between 50-150 mcg. Also make sure you are careful as to what foods you eat, and exercise regularly to help with the weight loss (if you are not already doing so). Best of luck to you.

Perhaps you would do better on a T4/T3 medication. Synthroid is only T4. Many people don't convert T4 into T3 and that's why they are still plagued by hypothyroid symptoms. I was on Levoxyl when first diagnosed and it lowered TSH, but did nothing for my symptoms. Now on Armour thyroid, I'm 95% better. Below are a couple of links
