Yeah. If you worry too much then your blood pressure may rise causing you to feel dizzy and sick. In addition stress over long periods of time could lead to stomach ulcers which make you feel sick. If the dizziness and sickness are severe and even if they aren't it might not hurt to see a doctor that if nothing else maybe prescribe something to help ease the way your body deals with the stress.

Absolutely. Stress can affect your body in so many ways. Such as headaches, dizziness, weight gain/loss, loss/gain of appetite, irritability, sleepiness, being tired, and even more major stuff. If you are experiencing dizziness/sickness then try to find something to relax you or get your mind off the stress. Stress can really wreak havoc in your life, so try to find something to de-stress yourself before your symptoms become worse.

Absolutely. Stress can bring on most any symptom, it all depends on the person. Stress is well known to cause all sorts of neurological, digestive, and emotional issues, and what's worse, these all work against each other. (i.e., neurological problems can cause digestive and emotional problems, emotional problems can cause the other two, etc.) Dizziness and sickness are actually two of the most common effects. If these keep on for an extended period of time, though, you might want to see your doctor.

Stress just as bad as cigarette smoke and obesity. Stress can really throw off the ticking of the heart and give you a heart attack or a stroke. Stress is a killer. That's why more than 30 million pills are taken each day in this country to releave some of the stress. Modern day anxiety is a mind twister.

In short, absolutely. If you are experiencing these symptoms for a prolonged period of time, you should really see your doctor. They can counsel you on stress management, and work you up to make sure that it is, in fact, just stress.

Good luck!

Yes.

Stress can make your pulse rate rise, your blood pressure rise, and even give you symptoms that mimic a heart attack. Try breathing slow and deep so you can see if the symptoms go away.
