Does anyone know how Outback Steakhouse does their broccoli? It tastes sooo good and my kids will eat it from there. Does anyone have their secret?

I agree - it's awesome. They steam it just right. There is special seasoning on it - it's not just garlic - but might be something of their own? It's good though yup.

I have worked in 2 Outback Steakhouse Restaurants and they each do it differently. The one you probably love is velveeta cheese and heavy whipping cream (it is the same thing we use with our Mac a roo and cheese). IT is Delicious. When I'm at home and I want to make the cheese sauce I just substitute the heavy whipping cream for milk and it still taste good. Enjoy!

It's fresh, they don't overcook it, and it's seasoned with garlic powder.
