I have always worked out but recently I have tried to add more toning and lifting. My eating habits haven't changed but latey no matter what I eat I am hungry an hour later. It's driving me crazy because I want to lose weight and cut back on calories, but I don't want to be starving all day.

Why am I always hungry and what can I do?

and no I am not pregnant.

First, I disagree with Zach's reaction. I can consume a meal with out getting stains on my apparel and so on. As to your query, I have plenty of ideas and no longer certain in which to begin. Why do not you gals create a soup enterprise and make your possess. There's little in the market that is advertised for ladies. The Today exhibit caters to ladies totally so, and the only little little bit of time for men stuff will get fouled up seeking to be both quite egalitarian or feminist sympathizers... I consider. Why no longer opt for anything else?
