my tv sceen has a faint circle in the center of the screen, what is the problem??

Phosphor burn. Do you play one particular game a lot? The screen will burn if a pattern is shown in the same place for a very long time. Color screens are especially susceptible if the pattern is blue. There's no fix, other than to replace the tube.
