I need a recipe for a low or no carb food that isn't eggs and only takes like less than 20 minutes. I also don't have a lot of stuff in my fridge so that's also a problem. Got anything?

I'm on a low carb diet, too. For snacks I have sugar free Jello, cheese, sugar free popscicles, pork rinds, nuts, Tastycake Sensables (when I crave chocolate, only 2 net carbs).

Quesadillas using low carb tortillas. Just grill tortilla (folded in half) filled with cheese and chicken and seasoning. Yum.

Parmesan Crisps
1c shredded (not grated) parmesan cheese
black pepper
Preheat oven 325°F Line cookie sheet with parchment
Place rounded teaspoons of shredded cheese on parchment, spaced about 2" apart.
Lightly flatten each mound to about 1 1/2 inches across. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake, checking after 3 min. until cheese just starts to melt and very lightly begins to brown. Remove and transfer to a rack to cool
Makes 15 servings at 0.2g carbs per serving.

Good Luck!

Low carb snacks would be a slick or couple cubes of cheese. You can have a tablespoon of peanutes or almonds. You can have 2 tablespoons of cool whip and if it's so chilled, that will feel like icecream almost!

Go to allrecipes.com and type in "low carb"
I got a TON of meals from there (and they're quick and easy!!). And I've made a few of them, and they're quite tasty. If you weren't watching your carbs, you wouldn't know you were when you ate them!
Good luck!

quesadillas - spread shredded cheese over a tortilla, broil for two minutes on high (keep a careful eye on this, it will burn quick if your oven's settings are a little off), you can also add diced veggies to this if you like (tomatoes, onions, etc)

cut veggies - baby carrots, celery with a low carb ranch dip (try Marzettis)
