One of the best dares I received was to find a handsome bald man in a bar and rub his head!

I wouldnt say it was a dare but one night we were at a club and I was a bit tipsy. I saw this fine a@$ bald dude and I told my friend do you dare me to go lick his head. Guess what I did.
