I've heard from a lot of people that diet coke isn't really any better for you or some ingredient in it is bad for you. I wasn't really sure what though..?

Diet coke is fine for you, don't believe them. The FDA has determined that aspartame is perfectly safe. Experts are better to listen to than kooks.

The caffeine in it dehydrates you. It's not empy calories if there are no calories. If you want to drink diet coke, drink a diet coke then make sure you drink 12 ounces of water before you allow yourself to have another diet coke. I drink diet 7-Up because it has no caffeine in it. Also if you are worried about the artificial sweetner... try diet rite pure zero. Their drinks are zero calories and zero caffeine and they use Splenda for their sweetner. You can get it in white grape, tangerine, red raspberry, and cola flavors.

No nutritional value.

Water is 0 calories.

You heard that from people that work at pepsi. No diet pop is any better than regular pop. It actually makes you hungry.

If its got aspertame in its not, watch out for it, its a bad artificial sweetener. It slowly kills your brain cells if you drink it alot. DONT EAT OR DRINK FOODS WITH IT IN IT TO MUCH!!!!!
