I've had the one night stands and friends with benefits and I HAVE the time consuming relationship now (my wife). I wouldn't trade the relationship for the world because it allows me to grow and understand how to work and keep a relationship together.

A time-consuming relationship. One night stands get old after like the second time and friends with benefits would be just too awkward for me.

I don't think I could sleep with a guy friend, and then have everything go back to normal. It would hurt to see him with some other chick. How is that beneficial?
One nights stands are definitely BAD.
And I don't have time for a time consuming relationship...
So, I propose a beneficial non-time consuming relationship with a friend that is better than any one night stand could ever be.

You have asked the question in such a way that FWB seems the right answer. But if the second choice was replace with the phrase "commited loving relationship" most people would pick that.

all wastes of time if you ask me...
one night stands might be great and you want more but can't find him, or it might be very bad and you can't get the guy to leave you alone.
long time relationships might be great if you stay together or very bad if yall break up.
friends with benefits might be great if you have an understanding but very bad if one of you start getting feelings
