Vitamin E is available at most drug stores, CVS, Walgreens, or any store that sells Vitamins. Break open the capsule, and squeeze out the oil and put in on scars 3 to 4 times a day! Once a month or so, at night poor all of the oil on your face before bed and wash off in the AM! Good luck!

You must first eat a balanced diet to address your acne and see a dermatologist. He will then skin test you for allergies. Wash your face and use vitamin E for a short time of less than two weeks, with only one broken capsule squeezed on the space that is affected per day. I think you will then see a great improvement in your acne situation. More than one capsule of vitamin E (at a time), has been known to cause OVERDOSE and may bring about baldness in women and men, so be careful. God Bless.
