Does anyone know a good cure for snoring? I'm about to lose my mind!

My husband had the same problem. His ear, nose and throat doctor told him acid reflux is a common cause of snoring. He told him to stop eating at least three hours before bedtime. Believe me, it has helped TREMENDOUSLY!!! I let him back in to the bedroom last month.
If this doesn't work, then you may have sleep apnea and you need to see a doctor to get a sleep study done.

You might have a sleep condition such as sleep abneya or something. So, get it checked out and they will give you something for it probablly. There is also some antibiotics for it.
