Atheists are not Pagans. Pagans believe in Gods, Atheists, by definition, do not.

The ancient Pagans called Christians Atheists because they denied the existance of their Gods.

Funny that.

I blame the dictionary for this confusion. it defines Pagans as anyone who is not Christian, but common usage of "pagan" usually means the magical systems and earth-based religions, like Wicca. A real atheist usually doesn't believe in an afterlife

Do you remember what it was like before you were concieved? Of course not, you didn't exist. I think death is the same way.

Most Pagans believe in reincarnation... so you'll be recycled. Or, if you prefer the whole Valhalla setting, but you would have to die in glorious battle to go there. Good luck! :o)

Summerland. Where we hang out for a while thinking about what we learned in this lifetime, then we come back down.

Isn't that much nicer than standing before a judgemental dictator who will banish you to hell if you didn't tow the line?
