Out of all the people who have retainers, any idea of the percentage of people, more specifically teenagers, who wear them ACTIVELY?
I barely ever wear mine, and I don't know anyone who really wears their retainers that often.

well I have a invisible retainor and i wear it all the time, you kind of have to or your teeth will move. I mean it just sits their in your mouth so it doesnt get in the way,,,i gotmy braces off like 3 months ago and then after that you only have to wear them at night after a year so.....yeah....

My older Brother age 17, he got his braces off a while ago and had to wear his retainer pretty much all the time, he was only aloud to take it out while eating or brushing his teeth. After wearing it constantly for a few months he was then aloud to wear it only at night.
If you don't wear the retainer as often as your Orthodontist says then your teeth will shift and then your braces will be all for nothing.
