I really wanted to know because planes interest me a lot.. although I know it's difficult to manage such controls.

The ground speed of an airplane during the take off phase depends on many facors such as spped and duration of the wind , temperature, pressure etc. But in a typical spring day with no wind the ground speed would be about 160-170 knots at the moment that the wheels leave the ground, that's about 300-320 km/h

Rotate speed of a B777-300 is 165 Knots. The speed increases as the plane becomes airborne. Cruising speed is usually about 220-225 Knots.

It depends on the loading. Vr (the speed at which the airplane should be before the pilot lifts the nose) would be somewhere around 150 knots. Of course, the airplane continues to accelerate after it lifts off.

Ok... The guy above me is sort of right. However, V1,V2,Vr,etc... are not GROUND SPEEDS... they are INDICATED AIRSPEEDS.

These speeds are based on the gross weight of the airplane as well as atmospheric conditons. There are many answers to your question. Go get your hands on the performance or limitations section of a 777-300 operating handbook. You'll find your answer for any given condition.

this question confuses me. yet i will attempt to answer it the right i will. a million there is not any optimal velocity for a airplane for the period of takeoff 2 there's a minimum velocity if that's what you're asking 3 The minimum velocity of a fighter jet for the period of takeoff is 180MPH 4 the minimum velocity of a very loaded 747 is 210MPH 5 each thing else is in between that. i'm hoping that helps you.

The a/c is limited in speed on take off with reference to it's
configuration:
i.e: there is a landing gear limit speed ,in effect until gear is up.
i.e: there is a flap limit speed, above which you cannot go until flaps areup.
these speeds will probably be less than 250 knots in most similar airplanes.

Takeoff speed depends on many factors Weight is the first one to be considered, wind, souls on board, lenght of the runway and many other factors

150 knots is too slow for a plane that size. its probably around 170 to 180 knots
