To be or not to be with him.?

Question

I don't know what to do and I am so confused.
I do not know what the right decision is and why.
I have dated my bf for 6 years on and off.
Last year he dated a girl and would not come back to me. Finally he did and we moved in together.
Their relationship bothered me and eventually I found out she had been calling him and he gave her his new number.
I kicked him out and he had no where to go.
I feel like I should offer him a place to live, stay and come back because I should have handled the situation more like an adult.
We have bills together and need to worry about straightening that out.
I do not know if I want to be single, be with him, give him time and space or what.
I want to help him - maybe until he can find a place of his own.
What should I DO?

It sounds like he doesn't know either, since he's staying in touch with this other girl. Since he's not commited to making this work, it's his problem. As for utilities and such, save for deposits and when he finds a place, let him transfer your existing ones to his new place and you can put up new deposits. That will help him out a bit and take off some of the guilt you're feeling.
