I asked where you were in your other post...we have been looking at getting a blue and gold. What more can you tell us about him? And where are you located?

This is an exact reason that I have told people many times NOT to buy a bird! The bird ALWAYS looses in these situations. Isn't there a way that you can honor your commitment to this bird? Make him a room of his own. TV, radio his stuff and a really good air purifier. Also some mirrors.
If you really feel he's an excellent bird, then honor that!
If you really can't keep him then find someone HE wants to be with. Someone he really likes.
