I dont think we have cupcake papers or anything and i am bored with making just regular bread. I need something simple, but vreative with out having to buy anything. Thanks ^_^

I have baked things in tin cans. Metal coffee cans to be exact and metal juice cans. When they are baked and cooled you can cut the bottom of the can out and slide the bread out slicing as you go. I had a recipe that called for a coffee can to be used as the baking pan and it does work.

put a glaze on it, replace some of the flour with oatmeal, I've seen a banana bread that had a chocolate swirl but i don't have the recipe any more, replace some of the sugar with mollassas and add ginger and cinimon (would be good with oatmeal), Make it in cake form with frosting. put a crumb toppin on it, reduce the flour and add coccoa, add chocolate chips, add nuts, hmm, that all I've got off the top of my head.

put choc. chips and marsino (sp) cherrys in it, cut them up, tis really good!
