Ive been living in Europe for past few years and am trying to get in touch with relatives. I have treid to used the computer to find their telephone numbers and all I get are pages that want about 5 dollars for each number. I dont mind paying but there is no way to send the money. I remeber a year or so back I could do this for free. What gives?

Whooo that wasnt hard??? DUH READ THE QUESTION they want 5 bucks I cant send them..there used to be FREE telephone directory service...

I am living in europe and I treid it on several people. It just wont do it...Maybe its some kind of thing tied in to national security. Weird

I'm a little confused. I went to whitepages.com and filled in the name and hometown of a random relative. The phone number was listed right there on the page.
Do you know where your relatives live? Do your relatives have unlisted numbers?
