Does anyone know any credit cards companies or anyways to restablish my credit

Orchard bank, hooters mastercard, juniper, just to name a few. Those are pretty much the best ones I know of. Just did a search for ya, http://www.creditcards.com/bad-credit.php

You can try to go to a bank (your local one) and apply for a secured credit card. They set up a savings account with it, and the card limit equals the amount of the savings. Make sure they report to the credit agencies though. Not every bank issues one, I know Capital One does (online bank) and Bank of America as well.

Orchard Bank gave me a card with 300 dollar limit and 9.00 interest I would try them
