I have brown hair, its straight with side bangs, im tired of it and i want a "scene" haircut, any suggestions?

How about lots and lots of ringlet curls. That's usually attractive and you could go do the scene thing after you have more time to think about it.

first of all you might want to try changing the color with a few caramel streaks and a few dark blonde one, See if changing the color helps, then if not make a more drastic change with a new cut
