I personally enjoy the 100 Calorie snack packs that Nabisco has been putting out. They have Doritos, Cool Ranch Doritos, Teddy Grahams, Oreos, peanut butter cookies, Cheetoes, Chex Mix... the list goes on. They make the snacks "mini" so it looks as if there is more to eat. I find that one of these can hold me over for up to two hours at the most. Good luck!

I personally like Granola Bars, they have a lot of good flavors, especially Quaker Chewy. They are only about 90-120 calories/bar. Also the obvious fruits/veggies...really good for you but many not satisfy your craving if it is for something sweet. Yogurt or pudding are also low, probably around 100 calories for 1 serving. If you are craving sweets, you can have some low-fat/low-calorie frozen treats. The fudge bars are really good, and low in calories (about 90 each). Don't be afraid to try some weight watchers or sugar free stuff...some of them taste really good!!!

Sugar free jello is the best free food
You can dress it up by blending with yogurt (lite) and fruit

depending on your specific diet plan popcorn (low butter or butter flavored salt) is good. I like to eat a few nuts, that is not really low cal but they are actually pretty health and filling.

Oh thought of another one - I've gotten some 10 calorie popsicles before too. You could make them using crystal light too.

You should try Wheat thins! They are delicious. Or at Sam's Club they have these dried cranberries called Craisins. They are also very good. If you eat 1/3 cup its only 170 calories AND completes your daily fruit needs!

Quaker's cheddar cheese rice snacks are pretty good. And they're only 70 calories per serving, which is nine snacks. And they are pretty tasty too.

I prefer air popped popcorn lightly salted with sea salt and low fat yogurt with fresh fruit. And of course, you can always just chomp down on yummy fruits and veggies!
