If you have been with your current girlfriend for a year and you care about her I would consider the fact that your ex broke up with you in the past...why wouldnt she do it again in the future? I wouldnt lose out on a good relationship with the current girlfriend because of an old flame that it didnt work out with to begin with.

The right answer? Probably neither.
Believe it or not, your ex probably broke up with you for a good reason. If youve already broken up before, then it's possible that you may just be incompatible.
As for your current relationship? Get out now. If you were serious, you wouldnt be wanting other girls.

let me start off by saying this your ex has her way of controlling you she no that she can get you back whenever she wont's to.in other words she wont's her cake and ice cream to.i don't think that you should get back with her since it has been over a year now and you are dating someone new it's time to move on with you life and that something she has to get over it's not fair to you or the new lady.and yes you will always have feeling's for her but that's normal in any relationship.just be strong and be honest to yourself and most of all to the new lady in your life.tell her what's going on and explain to your ex that she Had her turn and it's time for you both to move on,and that you will always be a friend for her but that's the far as that can go.

They say dont try to ride on two boats at the same time. Try and find what matters to who and who would you rather be for ever... No point being an ***. Sort out your basic priorities and think what your relationship requirements are and who will fulfill them. Its easy to fall for an ex. But are you sure you wont fall for your to be ex after that ? THINK and Decided.

You should ask yourself this question. Why would she break up with me, then say she misses me? She might just hurt you again. Your new girlfriend hasn't broken up with you, so you should try to make things work with her. On the otherside, your x might be the one meant for you. If you're not happy enough with girlfriend, you should try to make it work. If that doesn't solve it, you should try to go back with your x. Nothing to lose!

I would sit down and make up your mind before you hurt the girl you are with. Is your ex more important to you? I hope you realize that sometimes you just can't go back.

what kind of help are you expecting?
personally i think that if you breakup with your gf and return to your ex you will regret it
focus on the reasons why you broke up, they will come up again sooner or later
you are just beeing flattered of the things she says to you
what you feel is not real,
there is only one thing to do
tell her to stop bothering you
