If you are currently alive without renal failure or were not hospitalized for rhabdomyolysis it is unlikely you have an injury from Baycol (cerivastatin) which was removed from the US market in 2001. It was made by Bayer.
Vioxx (rofecoxib) by Merck was removed in late 2004. The issues were related to thrombotic events (heart attacks) while using this medicine.
If you did not suffer a heart attack while on Vioxx you will have no claim.
